If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days from delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other items in exchange or exercise your right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return/refund request.

The right of return and withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

• the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
• the products must be returned in their original packaging and with the warranty seal applied to the product (not always present on all products);
• Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

You can choose to receive:

"Gift Card" (purchase voucher of equal amount to your order that allows you to keep the money online in order to use it as virtual currency on the site);

"Refund" (you will receive the amount related to the individual products purchased, on the payment method used during the order process).

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the item to our headquarters, to verify that the goods are returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.

The exchange (size, color, model) is free. The customer, however, is required to bear the return management costs unless they have received a defective product. In that case, no cost will be charged. 

We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order that are returned and shipped at different times.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable conditions, we may have to send it back to you.

Exchanges and refunds in the EU

In the case of orders placed outside of Italian territory (EU), the same procedure applies for the r.return request.

The home pickup of the return will be managed by ADAM, and € 20 will be deducted for the return management.

Currency exchanges and refunds outside the EU

In the case of orders placed outside the European territory (Extra EU), the same procedure applies for the r.return request.

The home pickup of the return will be managed by ADAM and € 30 will be deducted for the return management.

In some cases, only partial refunds are guaranteed:

• If the order is not in its original condition, damaged, or if there are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error;
• the order has been returned beyond 14 days from delivery.
